Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?
Refund or exchange allowed for items purchased online within 14 days of delivery on non-personalized, full price items. Must be in original condition & packaging with all tags intact. Customer pays all return shipping cost.
All SALE items are final sale. Absolutely no refund or exchange on personalized merchandise unless item is deemed defective. Item will be replaced with identical item if available or an item of equal value. Refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Monogram Proper. Monogram Proper is not responsible for incorrect initial order or misspellings by customer.
Do you offer a proof of a design before stitching it out?
